Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Astrobytes. By subscribing, you agree to them. Please read section 5 in particular — it explains what this service is and, more importantly, what it is not.

1. Who provides this service

Astrobytes is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in India, Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-28-0239137, at M102, The Hyde Park, Sector 78, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Astrobytes" mean that business; "you" means the subscriber.

2. What the service is

Astrobytes computes a Vedic astrological birth chart from the birth details you provide and sends you short daily readings derived from it, over WhatsApp, at a time you choose. You select which categories of content you wish to receive.

We send a maximum of one message per day. If on a given day there is nothing we consider worth sending, we send nothing.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide a WhatsApp number that belongs to you, and verify it.
• You must give accurate birth details. The service depends entirely on them — inaccurate details will produce a chart that is not yours.

4. Consent and messaging

You expressly consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages from Astrobytes when you subscribe. Standard message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply.

You may stop these messages at any time by replying STOP. This takes effect immediately and permanently. You may also reply Pause 7 days for a temporary break. We honour both without question, delay, or retention offers.

5. Important: the nature of this service

Astrology is a traditional interpretive practice. It is not a science, and Astrobytes makes no claim that its readings are predictive of actual events. Our content is provided for personal reflection, cultural interest and general guidance only.

Astrobytes does not provide, and must not be relied on as:

• medical or health advice, diagnosis or prognosis;
• financial, investment, tax or business advice;
• legal advice;
• psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic advice.

We deliberately do not generate content of these kinds. Astrobytes is not a substitute for professional advice. If you are facing a decision or difficulty in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking medical, legal or financial help because of anything Astrobytes has sent you.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Subscription, trial and payment

• New subscribers receive a free trial period. Its length is stated at signup.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price shown at the time you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give you notice before any price change affects you.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• During a free trial, cancelling costs you nothing and you are never charged.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and are not satisfied, email us and we will refund that charge in full.
• Beyond that, payments for a period already begun are generally non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the service — for example a prolonged outage — contact us and we will refund or extend your subscription fairly.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• subscribe using a phone number that is not yours;
• resell, redistribute or republish our content commercially;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• use the service unlawfully or to harass anyone.

9. Availability

We aim to deliver every day at your chosen time, but we depend on WhatsApp and other infrastructure we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, and a missed or delayed message is not a breach of these terms. Where an outage is prolonged and our fault, section 7 applies.

10. Intellectual property

The Astrobytes name, website, software and generated content are ours. Your personal reading is yours to keep and use personally. The underlying astrological and astronomical methods are traditional and are not claimed as our property.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our content.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or where continuing would put our WhatsApp sending permissions at risk. Where we do so without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your subscription.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by WhatsApp or email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
